公司擁有五套?1200型倒立式拉絲機(jī)組，該機(jī)組主要配置有盤條在線拋丸處理設(shè)備、盤條在線表面缺陷渦流探傷儀設(shè)備、盤條表面缺陷修磨設(shè)備、倒立式收線機(jī)組等；五套感應(yīng)加熱熱處理生產(chǎn)線機(jī)組，該機(jī)組主要配置有主動連續(xù)放線裝置、感應(yīng)加熱設(shè)備、水淬火冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)備、在線穿過式及旋轉(zhuǎn)式渦流探傷儀設(shè)備、不停車自動剪切連續(xù)生產(chǎn)收線設(shè)備等；同時(shí)建設(shè)有彈簧鋼絲專業(yè)檢測試驗(yàn)室，配備完整的鋼絲檢測儀器和設(shè)備。
